  1. I can help you price your home correctly for the current market conditions.
  2. Homes are bought through comparison. I have a large inventory through my MLS affiliation as well as my Point2Homes private MLS. As a For Sale By Owner..you have an inventory of one and can not help the Buyer with other needs.
  3. It is always best to have a third party negotiating for you. I am experienced at writing and negotiating real estate transactions. For 33 years I have done nothing else. Your lack of experience will cost you money if you try to do it alone.
  4. Buyers are not forthright in revealing their financial condition with homeowners. I can quickly determine if a Buyer is not qualified to buy your home. Buyers with bad credit avoid Realtors in the hope of finding a gullible homeowner who will not discover their secrets.
  5. I can direct a buyer to reputable lenders who are interested in a long term relationship with me. My lenders will not put my credibility or your interests in jeopardy. Their future income is dependent upon satisfying me!
  6. As a FSBO you are not in a position to qualify buyers and you will waste much time in showing "lookie loos" who can not buy, but love to look at homes.
  7. I can probe another Buyers agent for important information before advising that you consider an offer. I know the right questions to ask to find out if we have a real buyer.
